Lara Macon

Lara Macon is a Range Technician at the USDA-ARS Jornada Experimental Range in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Lara earned her bachelor’s degree from Montana State University in Natural Resource and Rangeland Ecology with a minor in Geographic Information Sciences. She helps with day-to-day operations on the Jornada including routine animal care and assists with the Precision Ranching and Breed Comparison research.
